Terms of service
I. General provisions
The massage salon Lumira - Oriental Massage & Spa provides services as part of its business activities conducted under the name Halden 27 Ltd.
All persons on the premises of Lumira - Oriental Massage & Spa are obliged to observe these rules and regulations and obey the instructions of Lumira - Oriental Massage & Spa employees.
Employees of Lumira - Oriental Massage & Spa provide services aimed solely at improving your well-being and physical condition. An appendix to these rules and regulations is the current price list of services provided, which is available on the premises and on the Lumira - Oriental Massage & Spa.
The duration of each service (massage) is specified in the following time units: 30, 45, 60, 90, 120 minutes and is calculated from the moment of entry into the designated room until the moment of exit.
II. Obligations of the client
During the first visit, the client is obliged to fill out the Client Questionnaire form by providing truthful information about his health condition and possible contraindications, and to update this data each time for subsequent visits.
The client is obliged to immediately inform the person performing the procedure of any discomfort or malaise during the procedure performed.
III. Reservations
The Client is entitled and obliged to make a reservation for the date of service.
Reservation is considered binding only if confirmed by email, phone or through FB or Instagram by an employee of Lumira - Oriental Massage & Spa. The customer is obliged to cancel or change the date of service no later than 24 hours before the date of the reservation made.
In the interest of high quality service, the customer is required to arrive at the booked treatment 5 minutes before the scheduled time to prepare for the massage. The agreed time of the massage is the time of its beginning.
If the Client is late for the arranged treatment, Lumira - Oriental Massage & Spa reserves the right to reduce the time of service by the time of lateness, and in case of lateness of more than 15 minutes to cancel the reservation.

The current offer is available at the reception desk and on the Lumira - Oriental Massage & Spa website - lumira.pl.
V. Sale and redemption of gift cards
In exchange for the equivalent of cash, Lumira - Oriental Massage & Spa issues a gift card that entitles you to receive treatments and massages at the Lumira - Oriental Massage & Spa salon.
The gift card entitles you to use a specific treatment, the name of which is written on the gift card according to the current offer of Lumira - Oriental Massage & Spa.
The gift card does not entitle to purchase cosmetics or other products available at Lumira - Oriental Massage & Spa.
Gift cards can be purchased at the Lumira - Oriental Massage & Spa salon or electronically.
At the buyer's request, the gift card can be sent to the address indicated.
The fee for sending by post in accordance with the price list of the courier. While the shipping time is 1-3 business days.
Gift card is not exchangeable for cash.
Gift card is a form of payment for services agreed by the parties.
Lumira - Oriental Massage & Spa is not responsible for destruction, theft or loss of the gift card.
The buyer and the holder of the gift card shall have no claim against Lumira - Oriental Massage & Spa in the event of loss, including theft or destruction of the gift card.
The gift card is valid until the date specified on the gift card, or if there is no date on the voucher, the validity of the voucher is specified for 6 months from the date of purchase.
Lumira - Oriental Massage & Spa does not provide for extending the validity of the gift card.
If the gift card is not used, the buyer or holder is not entitled to a refund.
The gift card can be used for another treatment from the offer, of the same value.
Those who redeem the gift card are treated on the same terms as other customers of Lumira - Oriental Massage & Spa.
In order to redeem the gift card, advance reservation of a visit to Lumira - Oriental Massage & Spa is required, along with the gift card number.
Lumira - Oriental Massage & Spa guarantees that the gift card can be redeemed during Lumira - Oriental Massage & Spa salon hours within all available dates in the Lumira - Oriental Massage & Spa salon schedule.
Cancellation of an appointment related to the redemption of a gift card must be made no later than 24 hours before the appointment by phone, e-mail or in person.
The holder of a gift card in paper as well as electronic version is obliged to present it in printed form, at the reception desk of Lumira - Oriental Massage & Spa before the service is performed.
The gift card holder is not entitled to give change when the value of the services is less than the value of the gift card.
The gift card holder is obliged to pay in cash, the difference in case the value of the service provided is higher than the value of the gift card.
Lumira - Oriental Massage & Spa has the right to refuse to provide the service if:
the expiration date of the gift card has passed,
damage to the gift card makes it impossible to read it,
there are health contraindications on the part of the gift card holder to perform the treatment.

contact information for arranging an appointment to redeem the gift card
Any complaints related to the implementation of gift cards will be considered by Lumira - Oriental Massage & Spa after submitting a written complaint.
The basis for recognition of the complaint is the gift card.
The buyer or holder of a gift card, upon receipt of the gift card, declares that he or she has read the Terms and Conditions, accepts their contents in full and undertakes to abide by their provisions.
A specimen of currently valid gift cards can be found at the reception desk and on the Lumira - Oriental Massage & Spa website.
VI. Contraindications
As for all treatments, also for massage there are certain contraindications. The main contraindications for massage and body treatments include:
fever, malaise, infectious disease,
hemorrhages, bleeding,
varicose veins,
skin diseases accompanied by blisters, eczema and disruption of the skin,
inflammatory and allergic skin conditions (ringworm, ulcers, boils),
hemophilia,
the first trimester of pregnancy, pregnancy at risk (massage of pregnant women only with the consent of the the attending physician)
untreated hypertension,
all forms of cancer, massage possible after 5 years of recovery
atherosclerosis,
diseases with a viral or bacterial basis,
condition immediately after a heart attack,
thrombophlebitis,
advanced varicose veins with ulceration, aneurysms
fresh adhesion,
advanced osteoporosis,
early condition after bone fracture or lack of bone fusion
early condition after rupture/tear of fascia, tendons and muscles
bleeding and post-traumatic hemorrhages in muscles (up to 72h after injury)
peptic ulcer disease of the stomach, duodenum, kidney stones, liver stones
inflammatory conditions of the biliary tract and pelvic organs
inflammatory conditions of the lymph nodes
inflammatory conditions,
hematomas and aneurysms,
epilepsy, (certificate from the attending physician required)
osteomyelitis,
meningitis,
infectious diseases of the respiratory system,
pneumonia,
bronchitis,
asthma.
Bürger's disease stage 3 and 4 (thrombophlebitis, mainly affects the lower extremities)
Raynaud's disease 3rd and 4th stages (arterial spasm, affects hands more often than legs).
The purchase of a service from the Lumira - Oriental Massage & Spa offer is tantamount to the customer making a declaration that there are no health contraindications to the use of the services offered by Lumira - Oriental Massage & Spa and that he/she has read and accepts the terms and conditions of the of these regulations.
VII. Responsibility for the customer's belongings
The client is responsible for belongings and valuables left in the Lumira - Oriental Massage & Spa salon.
VIII. Promotions
In order to take advantage of a promotion available at Lumira - Oriental Massage & Spa in one of the salons, it is necessary to refer to it in advance before providing the service.
Promotions and promotional vouchers do not combine.
IX. FINAL PROVISIONS
It is forbidden to film and photograph on the premises of Lumira - Oriental Massage & Spa without prior permission of the person authorized to represent Lumira - Oriental Massage & Spa.
The purchaser or holder of a gift card, upon receipt of the gift card, declares that he or she has become familiar with the contents of these Regulations, accepts its contents in full and undertakes to abide by its provisions.
